Easy 2 Ingredient Chocolate Truffles recipe. Made with only condensed milk and cocoa powder, this simple dessert idea is healthier than most.
Okay, so I know that Thanksgiving is just around the corner, but all I am thinking about is Christmas treats, or desserts to make for the holidays.
Deserts to give as a gorgeous gift. Or to just eat yourself. These 2-ingredient truffles are a no stress, super simple last minute treat to make over the holidays.
Just a note: while you are making them, you may find that the mixture is very sticky. That is normal! A cookie scoop is your best friend when it comes to these easy chocolate truffles.
Scoop them into some cocoa powder, then roll them around so that the outsides are no longer sticky.

2 Ingredient Chocolate Truffles Ingredients
These homemade chocolate truffles are made with 2 simple ingredients that you probably already have in your pantry. All you need to make this 2 ingredient chocolate truffle recipe is:
- sweetened condensed milk
- unsweetened cocoa powder.
Yeah. THAT’S IT!
Equipment
- square baking pan
- parchment paper (or wax paper)
- medium saucepan
- rubber spatula
- small cookie scoop
Tips
Storage: Store any leftover truffles in an airtight container and store them in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. I would not recommend storing at room temperature, as the truffles may not hold their shape.
To prevent your hands from getting too sticky: try to coat them in cacao powder. That way when you are rolling them into balls, the cacao powder will stick to the truffles, not your hands.
Variations
Change the coating. Instead of cocoa powder truffles, try covering the truffles with icing sugar or rolling them in chocolate sprinkles. If you wanted more of a dark chocolate truffle, try coating the truffles in mini dark chocolate chips. Top with sea salt if you want a sweet and salty version.
Experiment with different flavors. I personally love the chocolate orange combo, so I love adding in some orange zest into the chocolate truffle mixture. You could also mix in a crushed candy cane if you are looking for a Christmas version.

just some random kid
It tasted good!
For anyone wondering how it’s like –
-It gets stuck between your teeth very easily
-Taste like dark choclate
-Dont dust them in too much cocoa powder because then it can taste bitter
-Perfect for kids
-So important to refrigerate it, tastes way better
-Dust your hands with cocoa butter then kinda toss it around your hands if there is too much coca powder
-If your hands are not dusted or too warm, it can get really messy
