Easy 2 Ingredient Cookie Butter Fudge that can be made with biscoff spread, or whatever your favourite cookie butter may be. Prepared in under 5 minutes, this makes a delicious quick and easy dessert.
Happy long weekend everyone!
Actually, everyone in North America except for British Columbia. I remember when I used to live in Vancouver and wonder why the long weekend was a week before everyone else in the continent. Not that I really complain about a holiday.
Now that I live in Toronto, I think that it falls at the perfect time. Right after all our school inspections which were extremely stressful, and a couple of weeks before our 2 week long Spring Break.
Time to celebrate with some super simple fudge, am I right?
What you need to make 2 Ingredient Cookie Butter Fudge
The only ingredients you will need are:
- cookie butter
- coconut oil
That’s it!
I have become obsessed with 5 minute fudge recipes lately. From my 2 ingredient Nutella fudge to my hemp heart fudge bites, I can’t get enough of sweet treats that I can make in under 5 minutes. Because no matter how busy I have been lately, I always have 5 minutes to spare.
And with the long weekend, I have lots of 5 minutes. I wonder how much fudge I can make this weekend!
This 2 Ingredient Cookie Butter Fudge is made without condensed milk and stays soft, even in the freezer!
I keep all of my desserts in the freezer because I figure, out of sight, out of mind. Right?
Yeah.. that just means I make multiple trips to the freezer per day. And it also means that I make multiple cups of tea, so that I can sip on my tea and have something sweet to go with it.
Now you know what my weekend is looking like. Tea, fudge, reading, fuzzy socks and cozy sweaters.
Also, test marking, but I don’t want to ruin the vibe right now.
Since these are so small, you can never eat just one. You should see my garbage can right now. Full of these little wrappers. Which gets me thinking: I am buying these mini wrappers almost weekly now that I discovered that I can make super simple fudge. I am probably going to buy a silicone pan so that I don’t waste so much paper. Amazon has it, right?
Who am I kidding. Amazon has everything. I even buy my groceries there. It’s bad.
But if you are looking for a fun treat to make this long weekend, I would definitely suggest making this fudge. It’s so easy to make, and doesn’t last long. Trust me.

Instructions
- Line a mini muffin pan with 20 paper liners. Set aside.
- Place all of the ingredients in a microwave safe medium bowl. Heat in the microwave for 30 seconds and mix until smooth. If not fully melted, repeat the process until a smooth consistency forms.

If Amazon don’t sell it then it clearly hasn’t been invented yet! I love Amazon it really does have everything imaginable. These candy bites would be dangerous in my house I would forever be returning to the freezer.
