Can you guess how easy this recipe is going to be?
Looking at the past two recipes that I have made, to an unwitting outsider, it would seem like I have no access to an oven. That the only kitchen appliances I own are a blender and a food processor.
And guess what guys! This recipe is no different.
But I promise you, when I have more time (hopefully next week) I will start using the oven, even if it’s only to make cookies. And cupcakes. And scones and brownies, and, and, and…
I could go on forever, but for now, I will stick to some simple, snacky recipes. And so enters the first guacamole recipe that I have EVER MADE!
I can’t believe I have waited this long to make guacamole.
The only downside to me making this guacamole was that it was gone too soon. That, and I$ forgot I just cut up some spicy chilies, then proceeded in touching my eyes. My eyes wouldn’t stop crying for the rest of the day.
So if you like spicy foods, my eyes can attest, this is one spicy dip. But don’t take my word for it, try it yourself!

Fresh guac is the best stuff. Your recipe and mine are very similar. I just add a little chopped onion, too. I then try to keep quiet that it is on the counter so I can keep digging in until hubby shows up!

Oh how I wish I wasn't allergic to avocados!

Being a mexican I LOVE guacamole! and yours actually looks good, if you want to make it more traditional you can ommit the garlic and add some diced tomatoes to make a mixture between pico de gallo and guacamole

Guacamole is one of my favorite things on Earth! This is so tempting! I usually eat it all when I make it – I can't resist either!

Mmm, guacamole is so yummy! The hardest part is finding ripe avocados (or waiting for them to ripen). I was just craving salsa and made some yesterday, hehe. We must be on the same wavelength 😉

I have no problem at all with food processor recipes 🙂 Keep them coming!
