Easy Nutella Latte Oatmeal recipe. Can be vegan and healthy, or decadent with whipped cream on top.
And we’re off! With another oatmeal recipe!
You’d think that I would be running out of ideas for oatmeal recipes by now. But every time I get bored of the oatmeal I am currently making, I will try another interesting creation. Usually one involving Nutella or coffee.
That is why this Nutella Latte Oatmeal recipe is extra special. It combines both Nutella and coffee in my favourite breakfast food. Now THAT’S the way to start off a great day!
Okay, so maybe I went a little over the top with the whipped cream and the shaved chocolate on top. But after the long, busy week last week, I deserve it damn it!
This is really no different than having a mocha from Starbucks in the morning, right? Except with this oatmeal, you get the extra benefit of it being filled with fibre, and it will keep you full all the way until lunch.
Somehow, I made this Nutella Latte Oatmeal before I even made a regular Nutella Latte. I will definitely need to try making a Nutella Latte over the weekend, but chances are I am just going to make this Nutella Latte Oatmeal again.
I blame the 1.5 Tablespoons of Nutella. It just makes the oatmeal oh so creamy and oh so tempting to make. Weekly. Daily. I’d make it hourly if I could physically eat that much oatmeal.
Even though these past few weeks have been SUPER busy, they are going by so quickly. I can barely believe it is February next week.
Maybe work will slow down soon so that I can make some breakfast recipes that take longer than 10 minutes to make. But for now, I will be over here. Eating this Nutella Latte Oatmeal all week long.

I don’t know how you come up with so many great ideas for oatmeal. I always get stuck at banana and honey, maybe its just because I am so lazy in the mornings.
