Super easy Valentine’s Day Bark recipe. Made with white chocolate chips and 5 other ingredients, this is perfect for a last minute dessert idea.
Valentine’s Day is just around the corner!
Like, literally. It’s next week. Are you ready? Do you do anything for that day?
I am all alone in Toronto right now, but even when John was living with me, I don’t think we ever celebrated Valentine’s Day. Things are too expensive and so crowded. We would prefer a movie night in than trying to book a restaurant and buying overpriced chocolate.
Plus, I can just make my own chocolate. 😉
This will probably be the one and only Valentine’s Day post that I am going to make this year. These past few weeks have been hella busy that I barely had enough time to make dinner most nights. Thank goodness for pasta and pre-made salads, am I right?
So it’s pretty obvious that my ONE Valentine’s Day recipe is going to be a super quick and easy recipe that I can whip together in under 10 minutes. Made during a sanity break from correcting tests and assignments.

Looking through the recipes on my blog, I realized that I have never made chocolate bark! What is wrong with me?
I have made chocolate bark bread. I have made chocolate bark brownies. But for some reason, I have never made plain old chocolate bark on its own.
This needed to change!
I have been snacking on this Valentine’s Day Bark all week! I am almost certain that it is not going to last until Valentine’s Day.
Luckily, all I need are 6 ingredients and 8 minutes to whip up another batch!
With all of this chocolate in the house, it might even stop me from buying allll of the cheap chocolate the day after Valentine’s Day. Might being the key word.
