Easy White Chocolate Valentine’s Day Chocolate for Two. This is the perfect last minute dessert recipe to make to share with your sweetheart.
Remember when I said that I wouldn’t make another Valentine’s Day recipe this year?
Yeah. I lied.
But I was craving chocolate, and I thought maybe I could use that opportunity to squeeze one more Valentine’s Day recipe in.
Still using white chocolate. Still ready in no time. But this one is perfect for just two people. Two people, or one chocolate obsessed girl 🙋.
So.. yeah. I made this for myself and ate both chocolate cups in one sitting.
But to put things into perspective, I am going to be all alone in Toronto for Valentine’s Day. I think that being on opposite sides of the country from my husband is reason enough to treat myself to what amounts to 1 cup of white chocolate chips, plus a good amount of m&ms.
Right after I had a very hearty and heavy dinner. Good thing I have learned to exercise self control 😅.
What you need to make White Chocolate Valentine’s Day Chocolate for Two
All you need are 4 ingredients:
- white chocolate chips
- coconut oil
- heart sprinkles
- red and white m&ms
That’s it! To be honest, you can top these chocolate cups with anything you like. I am even planning on tripling this recipe and making it for Canada Day. Is there such thing as Canada Leaf sprinkles?
If there is, I am sure I will be able to find it on Amazon!
I both love and hate how quick and easy these White Chocolate Valentine’s Day Chocolate for Two are to make. By the time John comes to visit me in a couple of weeks, I will probably have made this recipe at LEAST 3 more times. I just can’t stop myself from making super quick and easy chocolate cups. They are so good!
Since this only makes 2 chocolates, if you are sharing them with someone else, I would suggest making a backup dessert just in case. A great option would be this Strawberry Mousse.

White chocolate has always been my favorite. This recipe attracts every nook of my heart. I will definitely make it and I’m thinking to use Ghirardelli white chocolate chips. Which one have you used? How long do you have to refrigerate if you want to? How long do you have to leave at room if you want to? I will also try it with dark chocolate!

I use the one under the recipe I refrigerate it for a day usually, but it doesn’t last long at all!! You can definitely leave it at room temperature. I just like mine chilled 🙂
