Easy and gooey Nutella Swirl Banana Bread recipe. The chocolate and banana combo is to die for. It makes a great breakfast idea.
I am finally back at it!
After two weeks off for March break, I am back at work. Back to waking up early, coming home late, having no time for lunch.
Yeah. It’s good to be back.
So of course, I am always looking for quick and easy, grab and go breakfast ideas. Oatmeal is usually my go-to, but when I am REALLY pressed for time, I want something that I can eat walking out the door.
This Nutella Swirl Banana Bread is the answer to all of my weekday breakfast problems.
You may have already seen my Nutella Swirl Banana Muffins that I absolutely love making for breakfast. So the only natural next step was to make Nutella Swirl Banana Bread.
This bread is so much easier than the muffins, I don’t know why I didn’t make this first.
No need to divide the batter into individual muffin cups, ending up with a huge mess everywhere EXCEPT inside the muffin cups (or is that only me?) All you need to do is dump the batter into a loaf pan, swirl in some Nutella and voila! You are done!
Whenever I make a recipe using Nutella, I will always overestimate the amount that I need. I was looking for more of a swirl on top, but instead I kinda got a layer of Nutella.
Not that that’s a bad thing. My motto is, the more Nutella the better!
Heck, this morning I even spread Nutella on this Nutella Swirl Banana Bread. You say it’s too much? I say it’s just right.
Gotta get enough energy in for my first day back at school, right?
