Easy Mini Egg Nutella Brownies Recipe. Chewy and rich, these brownies make a great dessert idea for Easter or anytime mini eggs are in season!
Remember when I promised you on Instagram that I would post the recipe to these brownies?
Yeah. I think that was four weeks ago.
Finally finding an open window of free time to write down the recipe. And counting down the days until the Easter long weekend!
Speaking of the Easter break, John is going to be visiting me for the Easter weekend.
While this is very exciting, this just means that I need to make regular dinners. And clean the house.
But on the other hand, seeing my husband in our first year of marriage is also a good thing.
Easter is one of my favourite times of the year. Mainly for one reason.
MINI EGGS!!
The rest of the year, yes. You can get mini eggs. But you need to know where to go. They only sell them in little packets in random grocery stores, so when EVERY store is selling them? You bet that I am buying $20 worth of Mini Eggs.
Per week.
(I may have a problem).
These brownies are my greatest weakness at this moment.
They combine two of my favourite things: Ntuella and Mini Eggs. How could this combo fail?
I will probably try to convince John that these Mini Egg Nutella Brownies count as a complete meal when he comes to visit me. Do you think he will buy it?

Loving the cute mini egg decorations to Easter-fy the brownies! These look decadent. I’m going to make them, eat half the pan and NOT feel guilty about it one bit. LOL.
