Easy 3 Ingredient Mini Nutella Muffins recipe. The cake flour makes it more like a cupcake, this makes the perfect quick dessert or snack idea.
Hey everyone! Happy Friday!
I hope everyone is well and staying safe at home.
With everyone being in quarantine, I am almost losing track of the days. Friday means nothing to me now. All that is on my mind lately is where can I buy more food and toilet paper.
And what am I going to be baking today?
Every time I go to my nearest grocery store, I am surprised by the new item that is sold out.
First, it was toilet paper. Ok, I was sort of expecting that.
Then it was canned beans, pasta, meat and bread. They are now putting limits on how many items each family can take.
I know it’s going to be eggs next. I can feel it.
But until then, I will be making these 3 Ingredient Mini Nutella Muffins.
Because I know that, like me, you are probably running low on food too. So I need to try making more recipes with pantry essentials in times like these. And you can BET that Nutella is my pantry essential.
What you need to make 3 Ingredient Mini Nutella Muffins
All you need to make these mini muffins is:
- Nutella
- 1 egg
- cake flour
You can use regular flour as well if that is all you have, it just won’t be as light and fluffy.
If you wanted something more decadent and you have the ingredients for it, I would definitely go with my Nutella Cupcakes with Nutella Glaze. That is one of my most requested recipe from my friends and family.
But if you are running low on ingredients, these muffins will do the trick. I think I will be making these on repeat until the shelves get restocked at my local grocery store!
