Easy Healthy London Fog Latte recipe. The perfect healthy drink idea to warm you up. Ready in no time and made with collagen powder.
So yesterday, it snowed in Chicago.
Snow. Sticking to the ground. In the middle of April. What is happening??
If this isn’t the time for this Healthy London Fog Latte, I don’t know what is.
I was first introduced to London Fog Lattes when I used to work at a coffee shop back in my teen years. At that time, I was OBSESSED with Earl Grey Tea, so naturally this was my go-to drink.
Fast forward to now. I saw one of my favourite Instagram accounts: Shut The Kale Up make a healthy version of a London Fog Latte and I knew that I needed to try to recreate it.
The way I made this Healthy London Fog Latte is a little different than the way she did hers, but it was every bit as delicious.
John was super impressed when I gave him a cup. He never wants to have drinks with collagen powder, so I only told him that it contained the powder after he drank it all and said it was one of the best drinks he has tried in a while.
Sneaky, right?
The collagen powder makes the milk super frothy, it is like a warm hug when you drink this.
Since I can’t give you (or anyone really these days) an actual hug, this will have to do.
And if you are looking for another healthy latte idea, might I suggest a healthy pumpkin spice latte? It may not be fall, but I think we all need a mug full of happiness these days.

Well even though it’s springtime we’re having a cold spell here. And this just hit the spot! So yummy and perfectly comforting.

This looks so warm and comforting. I’ve never tried collagen powder myself, but if it can make the drink all frothy looking like that, and the healthy benefits!, I need to buy some ASAP. 🙂

I love adding collagen powder to my coffee and love this idea for tea. This looks to be a great way to warm up with all this cold rain here in the midwest.

A London Fog is totally my comfort drink, so I’m excited to see a recipe for a healthier version. I love the idea of sweetening it with maple syrup. I have never tried collagen powder, but I’m intrigued.
