Easy Mango Berry Smoothie recipe. Made with only 4 ingredients, this makes a quick and simple breakfast or snack drink idea.
Anyone else not turning on the oven these days?
Typically when I have the time, I will make a Baked Oatmeal for breakfast. But now that it is so hot, it is almost 100% smoothies and overnight oats.
Right now, my newest smoothie obsession is this Mango Berry Smoothie.
It is made with only 4 ingredients, but if you really wanted to you could switch out the frozen fruit with whatever you have on hand. It is super versatile!
All you need is:
- mangos
- blueberries
- strawberries
- milk of choice
That’s it!!
After watching a documentary on milk production, I haven’t been buying much cow milk lately. So whenever I have made this recently, it has been 100% vegan and gluten free.
It makes a great quick breakfast idea, and also so refreshing after a long run or walk outside. Any time I come back from outside, I need something quick and COLD.
Since I haven’t been keeping much ice cream in the house, this is a healthy alternative.
