Easy Vegan Chocolate Mousse recipe. Made with with only 6 ingredients, this quick and simple dessert idea is gluten free and so creamy.
I can’t believe that it has taken me so long for me to post this recipe.
I think that I made this Vegan Chocolate Mousse recipe way back in March? But with everything that has been going on in the world, my blog needed to take a backseat for the planning required to keep my class on track while doing online learning.
Boy do I need this mousse right now!
I love this mousse for the summer for so many reasons.
One, it is no bake.
Do I really need to keep going?
It is also made with pantry essentials, so you won’t need to go out to the grocery stores for more ingredients. Which is always a win, given how unpleasant it is to go shopping these days.
All you need to make this mousse is:
- almond milk
- chocolate chips (vegan if you want to make this recipe vegan)
- aquafaba (liquid from a chickpea can)
- salt
- vinegar
- cream of tartar
That’s it!!
Usually when I want a vegan, no bake recipe, I turn to my Vegan Coconut Flour Pumpkin Truffles. But since I want to save pumpkin recipes for the fall (and I will have a LOT of pumpkin recipes for you all!), this mousse is all I’m making lately.
So if you are still in search of a no bake dessert for the last days of summer, I highly suggest that you try this recipe. Top it with whatever fruit or topping you like and enjoy!
