Easy Chipotle Salmon recipe. Made with only 6 ingredients, this makes the perfect quick weeknight dinner idea,
Okay, so I know that I didn’t get very good photos of this Chipotle Salmon, but trust me it is so good.
And this is not like Chipotle as in the fast food chain. I don’t know if they sell salmon, and to be honest I think that place is kind of a rip off for what you get (don’t come at me!)
This salmon is flavoured with chipotle in adobo sauce. AKA: my favourite secret ingredient right now.
I have put chipotle in some of my favourite recipes on my blog, like my Chipotle Tuna Salad and my Chipotle Popcorn Chicken. But this recipe might be even easier to make than the other two combined.
Hello new regular weeknight meal idea!
What you need to make Chipotle Salmon
So few ingredients in this recipe, you really have no excuse not to make it. All you need is:
- salmon
- chipotle pepper in adobo sauce
- garlic
- lemon juice
- salt and pepper
That’s it!
If you haven’t tried buying cans of chipotle before, you are definitely in for a treat. My mom always used to have it in the house when I was a kid, and now I have continued the tradition.
