Easy Ground Beef Tacos recipe. The perfect weeknight dinner idea, this simple and quick meal is ready in under 30 minutes.
Can you believe this is my first time making tacos at home?
To be honest, I don’t really eat tacos. I don’t think it’s as big in Canada as it is in the United States. But after seeing so many great Cinco de Mayo recipes, I knew I needed to try making some of my own.
So here’s my first attempt at tacos with these Easy Ground Beef Tacos. And when I say easy, I mean all you need is:
- ground beef
- pasta sauce
- chili powder
- salt
- cumin
- dried oregano
- garlic powder
- hot sauce
- corn tortillas
- desired toppings (cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, etc..)
That’s it!!
The closest thing that I’ve ever gotten to making tacos before this month is my Taco Rice Casserole Freezer Meal. But really.. I’m not sure how much that counts.
You can bet that tacos will be a regular addition to my weeknight dinner ideas from now on. I had no idea how easy and quick this is to make!
What taco variation do you love? I’m so excited to incorporate more variety in my meals, so I would love to hear your suggestions!
