Easy Cherry Blended Baked Oats recipe. Vegan and gluten free, this breakfast idea is a great healthy option that tastes like cake.
Are you cool and hip to the new Tik Tok trends?
Don’t worry. I’m not either. It was only until the Tik Tok baked oats trend came onto Instagram that I became aware of this beautiful creation.
And now I’m kicking myself for not seeing and making this sooner.
Technically, they are calling it baked oatmeal. But there doesn’t seem to be anything oatmeal about this. Except that it uses oats.
It tastes more like a cake or a muffin, which is great for me because I always love having something that tastes like a dessert for breakfast.
And this Cherry Blended Baked Oats is one of my favourite ways to enjoy it. Hanging on to summer fruits for as long as I can. I am going to miss seeing cherries in stores when we hit fall.
What you need to make this Cherry Blended Baked Oats
This recipe is seriously so easy and healthy too! All you need is:
- oats
- baking powder
- chia seeds
- banana
- oatmilk
- cherry sauce
- cherries
That’s it!
You can omit the cherry sauce if you don’t have any, but I love the gooey centre that it makes in these baked oats. It is one of my favourite parts about digging into this breakfast.
And if you, like me are looking for other ways holding on to summer fruit, might I suggest my Cherry Mango Coffee Cake or my Strawberry Nutella Crepes.

I have to admit I have never made baked oats, well I have, but in Scotkand we bake them in bars and call them.flapjacks. These do look really good though.
