Easy Crunch Cream Cheese Cookies recipe. This dessert idea is made with your favourite leftover Halloween Chocolates and Rice Krispies.
Just a couple of days after Halloween, and I need to use up my Halloween candy.
I have been eating candy for almost every meal. I somehow need a breakfast dessert, dessert snacks, lunch dessert, dinner dessert, tea time dessert… I could make an excuse to have a dessert at all times, so I’m sharing the love by making these Crunch Cream Cheese Cookies.
Going to put these in the staff room to get some help in eating all of my leftover Halloween candy. That is, if I can stop myself from eating them all before then.
What you need to make Crunch Cream Cheese Cookies
This uses ingredients I usually have at home anyways, plus the leftover Crunch bars. All you need is:
- flour
- baking powder
- salt
- Rice Krispies
- unsalted butter
- cream cheese
- white sugar
- mini Crunch bars
That’s it!
Substitutions & Variations
Don’t have Crunch bars? These cookies work great with Kit Kats, mini Hersheys chocolates.. really whatever leftover Halloween chocolates you have on hand!
You can even make them without the chocolate. I often just make the base of these cookies alone, and they are the perfect rich and sweet cookie that pairs perfectly with a cup of tea.
