Easy 3 Ingredient Pesto Gnocchi recipe. Pan fried with spinach in a skillet, this makes a quick and simple weeknight dinner idea.
Did you know that you can pan-fry gnocchi??
Without even boiling it.
I know. GAME CHANGER. Every since I saw Rachel from Bakerita.com do it on Instagram, I have been doing it almost every time I make gnocchi. So you know that this gnocchi is going to be made on repeat in my kitchen.
What you need to make 3 Ingredient Pesto Gnocchi
Okay, so technically this is a 4 ingredient gnocchi if you include the oil, and 5 ingredient if you add the optional Parmesan.
Somehow, the Parmesan is never optional for me.
But apart from those ingredients, all you need is:
- gnocchi
- pesto
- spinach
And you can always omit the spinach if you don’t have any on hand.
These days, I am fighting to find recipes that use the ingredients I have on hand. So this 3 Ingredient Pesto Gnocchi is saving my life these days with minimal ingredients.
Crispy gnocchi tossed with your favourite pesto. Can you think of anything better?
Side note: are you feeling the strain of cooking dinner these days, or are you coming up with some creative dinner recipes with what you’ve got?
If anyone has any ideas or inspiration for me, I would love to hear it. I just stocked up on packaged gnocchi, so this recipe and my gnocchi mac and cheese have been playing on repeat over here. Anyone else have any ideas for it?

Do you have a brand of store-bought gnocchi that is your favorite? I always wonder if one brand is better than another.
