Snacks should be delicious… AND good for you! Here are 5 healthy snacks to bring to a tailgate, all of these recipes are quick and easy.
Let’s face it. When you are at a tailgate party, you aren’t typically eating health foods. Grilled food with bagged chips and pop are staples. But it doesn’t need to be this way!
If you are thinking about your health but still want to participate in the tailgating festivities, bring along these snacks. They are sure to be a crowd pleaser, and they are good for you!
Now get ready to snack better!
Roasted chickpeas are one of my not-so-guilty secrets when it comes to snacks. They are perfectly crunchy, and are lightly sweetened with honey and cinnamon to make them a real treat.
Why bring packaged granola bars when making them at home is way healthier and tastes so much better!
All you need are popcorn kernels and a brown paper bag for this healthy snack! Forget prepackaged microwave popcorn. This one is healthier and you can flavor it however you like.
This is the BEST alternative to salt and vinegar potato chips! But since these pack in the protein and are not fried, they are 100x better for you!
For those of you who crave the sweeter snacks, these cookies are perfect! You will never guess that these are actually good for you!

I want the granola bars SO bad 😀 These are great ideas! Are tailgates the same as pot luck dinners? I love those, and sometimes my friend have them 😀 Much fun, and always exciting to see what people bring along 🙂 x

Tailgates are more centered around football, but you could definitely bring these snacks to a potluck too 😉
