Easy Melted Snowman Nutella Brownies recipe. These fudgy brownies make great last minute festive treats for the holiday season.
Halloween is over. So to quote Mariah Carey: It’s TIIIIIIIIME!
I am so ready for Christmas. Last year, we did a Christmas decorations haul a couple of days after Christmas. We bought a Christmas tree, wreaths, decorations.. basically everything to put us in the Christmas spirit. With two small kids, I really want to make the holidays magical for them. So what better way than decorate the house and make these Melted Snowman Nutella Brownies?
Honestly, I made this Melted Snowman Brownie recipe partly to stop myself from eating spoonfuls of Nutella. Now I can share these fudgy Nutella brownies with everyone in the house. And keep the Christas spirit alive!
Melted Snowman Nutella Brownies Ingredients
This Melted Snowman Brownies recipe is just made with a couple of simple ingredients, and yet still looks pretty impressive. All you need is:
- all purpose flour
- sea salt
- Nutella
- brown sugar
- vanilla extract
- eggs
- melted butter
- white frosting
- large marshmallows
- black gel writing icing
- orange sprinkles
- Reese’s mini peanut butter cups
Tips
Storage: Store these Christmas brownies in an airtight container at room temperature for 3-4 days, or 1 week in the fridge.
Use boxed mix. Short on time? You can make the brownie batter using boxed brownie mix. The snowman faces are really the most important part about these brownies anyways.
Don’t have frosting? Use vanilla ice cream instead of the frosting and marshmallow! This way, you can watch it truly melt.
Can’t find orange sprinkles? I had them leftover from Halloween. But if you can’t find them, use some orange frosting for the little carrot nose.
Instead of the black writing gel: use melted chocolate. Just place some dark chocolate in a double boiler to melt it. Then scoop into a piping bag and pipe some coal eyes and mouth.
