Easy Asparagus and Feta Quiche recipe. Made with pantry essentials, this quick and simple dinner idea is perfect for a weeknight meal.
This sugar free week is killing me!!
I’m now on day 2 and I’m craving sugar like crazy. We just went to the store and bought 4 cartons of eggs so that we will have something to eat for when the cravings hit.
Somehow, eggs aren’t fixing all of my sugar cravings.
This Asparagus and Feta Quiche almost makes me forget about my sugar cravings. ALMOST.
The recipe for this quiche is very similar to the recipe for my Spinach and Feta Quiche I made years ago.
In fact, you can probably sub in the asparagus with whatever vegetable you have on hand. Get creative with it!
The crust uses pantry essentials, and the filling uses simple ingredients.
For the filling, all you need is:
- asparagus
- butter
- onion
- eggs
- mozzarella
- feta
- milk
That’s it!
And while I would love to be making a sugar filled, rich dessert recipe right now, I am going to wait it out until my sugar free week is over.
So now when a sugar craving hits, I will grab another slice of this quiche.
How many quiche do you think I will have eaten by the end of this week??
