- 2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
- 3 cups water
- 4 cups milk
- 5 slices bacon
- 1 lb uncooked pasta of choice
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 4-5 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
Instructions
- In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium-high heat. Mix in the flour and cook for around 1 minutes. Pour in 1 cup of water and whisk until smooth and begins to thicken. Slowly pour in the remaining water and milk, stiring until evenly combined.
- Meanwhile, cook the bacon until crispy. Crumble in a small bowl. Set aside.

- Remove from heat and mix in the cheese until melted. Fold in the bacon and serve immediately.
Notes
- You can replace bacon with whatever mix-ins you want.
- You can use any kind of pasta that you have on hand.
