This Birthday Cake Fudge is so easy to make. With only 5 ingredients, this dessert recipe is a great last minute no bake treat.
This is it! The last day of school. Now I have a good 2 months to rest and relax before the school year starts back up.
Time for a celebratory fudge recipe. Since it is still hot out, and I am only into no bake recipes these days. So let’s break out the Birthday Cake Fudge. Even though it’s not my birthday any time soon. Just more of a celebration for the summer to truly begin.
What you need to make Birthday Cake Fudge
You are 5 ingredients away from making this recipe. All you need is:
- white chocolate chips
- sweetened condensed milk
- butter
- cake batter flavor
- sprinkles
That’s it!
Tips and Variations
- Don’t have cake batter flavor? You can leave it out, or replace it with whatever flavoring you have at home. I love the extra kick of the cake batter flavor, but if you want you can just have a regular funfetti fudge without it.
- Don’t have butter? Coconut oil works well in place of butter. You could also leave out the butter altogether if you wanted a more stiff version of this fudge.
- Freeze the fudge to make it last longer! Just store it in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 3 months. When you want to eat it, defrost it on the countertop, or just eat it straight from the freezer! I actually like the frozen hard fudge, but if you want the classic texture, thawing is your best bet.
- You can store this fudge at room temperature for up to 7 days in an airtight container.

I have a kiddo that really does not like cake because of the texture, so we made this up and I thought he was going to try eating it all at once. He loved the sprinkles on top too!

This is my go to easy fudge recipe, but I alternate the sprinkles I use throughout the year. This time we used mermaid sprinkles for the summertime and the kids love it.
