Easy Birthday Cake Oreo Blondies recipe. Made with white chocolate and 5 other ingredients, these quick bars make a great dessert or nut free snack idea.
You guys!! The grocery store by my house is now selling funky flavoured Oreos! There are fun flavours like peppermint, cinnamon bun and, my personal favourite, birthday cake Oreos!! Is this what it is like to live in the States? Why is it that in most stores in Canada, the only kinds of Oreos they sell are original, golden and double stuffed? I need my variety!
And even though it is not close to my birthday at all, I wanted to use the Oreos that I just bought in a recipe. Before I ate the entire packet. It was heading that way REAL fast.
So I started by making the easiest recipe I could come up with. These Birthday Cake Oreo Blondies, aka: my new favourite dessert.
My two go-to brownies are my Dried Blueberry Coconut Oil Blondies or my Nutella Swirled Blondies, but I wanted to try something new for a change. Enter the most decadent, rich and sinful brownies I have made to date.
The reason I DON’T post decadent birthday themed recipes around my birthday is because my birthday is in January. January, when everyone is on a diet and searching for the best smoothie recipe, or best workouts to tone your thighs. Rich and sugar filled recipes are a hard NO for most people in January.
But now that it is June, I am sure around half of you went back on your New Year’s resolutions and are starting to incorporate sugar back into your diets. Not that I don’t believe in each and every one of you, I am basing this strictly off of the amount of people who still attend my local gym.
Also, June and July are months of celebration. Students getting off of school, and summer festivities where it is expected to bring a treat of some kind.
Hint: these Birthday Cake Oreo Blondies would be my first choice treat.
These blondies are not for the faint of heart. The base is made with condensed milk and melted white chocolate chips. Yeah. I went there.
THEN, you stuff it with Oreos and sprinkles?! It is a dessert worthy of any party or celebration.
They are more like a cookies and cream sort of blondie, which is basically my favourite flavour ever. I will order anything cookies and cream, no matter what it is. Ice cream, pancakes, bubble tea.. you get the picture.

Birthday Cake Oreo Blondies
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup salted butter
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 large egg
- 1 can (300 mL) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 7 Birthday Cake Oreos, crushed
- 3 Birthday Cake Oreos, in chunks
- 1 Tbsp sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350˚F. Line an 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
- In a large microwave safe bowl, melt the butter and the chocolate in 30 second intervals, mixing until smooth.
- Mix in the egg and condensed milk. Slowly mix in the flour until fully incorporated. Fold in the crushed Oreos and sprinkles.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking sheet and press the chunks of Oreos on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Remove and allow the blondies to fully cool before cutting into squares.
Notes
- Blondies can be stored in an airtight container on the counter for 3 days or up to 7 days in the fridge.
- If you can't find Birthday Cake Oreos, regular Oreos work well in this recipe too.
I am always so far behind on my blog reading, and first up I jump into these bad boys!!! Wow, so decadent and rich. I’d love one. Unfortunately, the UK is rubbish at Oreo’s though it is getting better. We have just gotten strawberry cheesecake and peanut butter so fingers crossed these ones turn up soon!
Hahaha, Canada is also bad with Oreos too!! This was the only funky one I could find in the store. I don’t think I have ever seen Strawberry cheesecake or peanut butter here!
This is a kids lover and young at heart dream blondie. How pretty these are to serve and delicious to eat!
Thanks Claudia! I am pretty addicted to them myself 😉
Gorge Blondie! Funnily enough I was just looking at Birthday Cake Oreos this afternoon as I’m making a no bake dessert for a BBQ this weekend. Hadn’t seen them before!
No way! You can probably get them on Amazon if all else fails!
I love Oreos and I like blondies. These look really good, I would definitely eat one (or five) right now if I could.
Haha, it is so tempting to eat the whole batch 😉
Now isn’t this the perfect BBQ party dessert. Great as a take along to a picnic as well. You can never go wrong with birthday sprinkles. They make everything more fun to eat.
Haha, I agree. I love adding sprinkles to everything!!
So moist and flavorful. Looks like one of those desserts that once you start eating you’ll find it hard to stop eating.
It really is! I almost ate the whole batch :p
I am anything oreo really and this would be an absolute treat!! My kids and I would be feasting on it. Sounds so delish. Can’t wait to try this soon. Saving for later.
Thanks Veena! Let me know if you give it a go!
The reason I don’t post birthday themed recipes around MY birthday is because I always forget!! I think it would be a crime to wait until next May to make these… so I won’t!!
You forget about your own birthday?? Make it ASAP! Thanks Kylee
I didn’t know they had different flavored Oreos. I guess that’s because I don’t have any little ones in our house anymore. Your blondies look so good. They’d make a perfect addition in a lunchbox this fall. I know our grandsons would love them. I’ll have to make some for them.
I am sure they would. Canada doesn’t have too many flavours of Oreos, but when I see different ones I grab them right away 😉
These will be great to take to my family barbecue next weekend, I know that it will be a big hit, Who doesn’t like oreo’s and sprinkles!
Yes they really would! Oreos go with everything. Especially sprinkles 😉
Oh my. I can’t imagine there being any of this left over!! I’ll be making this for the next birthday party we have … by the way, that’s mine! LOL … I may not share either!
Oh wow! Happy early birthday! You don’t need to share if it’s your birthday anyways 😉
So rich and fudgy-like 😀 These bars sound amazing…what a birthday treat indeed ^_^ Eek I wish I had one right now!
They are very easy to make, you could totally try it!

I have a huge sweet tooth as well. Let me know if you try it out!
These are so much fun!!!
I love the funfetti affect through them.
Although we have an oreo issue in our house…..a packet never last long enough for me to make anything with 😉
Hahah, same here! That is why I always buy two 😉
I don’t need a birthday to make this blondes, it has best cake part and Oreo makes it everything double tasty.
