Easy Biscoff Latte Oatmeal recipe. Made with strong brewed coffee and biscoff spread, this porridge is a great breakfast idea.
There is one month of school left. I booked my vacation to Italy already. I can see the end.
But in the meantime, I am overloaded with so much work that I haven’t been sleeping much. I am now naturally waking up at 6:00 AM every morning in a panic, even on weekends. Just to get more work done.
As a result, I need to get my coffee and my breakfast in one place to save on time. This is where this Biscoff Latte Oatmeal comes in handy.
Every time I go on vacation to the US, I always make sure to bring back a couple of jars of Biscoff spread. Why Canada doesn’t sell it, I don’t know. Because if they did, I would buy out the entire store every time I went shopping.
Good thing I am moving to Chicago next year. Biscoff spread, you better watch your back!
While this dessert breakfast may look fancy and over the top, it is super stupid simple and easy to make.
All you need are 4 main ingredients:
- coffee
- milk
- oats
- biscoff spread
As well as some whipped cream on top if you are feeling fancy.
The whipping cream is optional. Sort of…
So here I am, writing this blog post, procrastinating on ALL of the work I have yet to do. Dreaming of Italy and my big move to the States next year.
Legit thinking that one of the best perks of my move next year is the easy access to Biscoff spread. Just saying.
In the meantime, I still have half a jar of this stuff left. Let’s make it last!
