Easy Brussels Sprouts and Gnocchi recipe. Ready in under 30 minutes, this vegetarian meal makes a great last minute weeknight dinner idea.
Thanksgiving is quickly approaching. Which means that I am stocking up on all of the Brussels sprouts.
And tins of pumpkin. Also ham, because me and my husband aren’t really fans of turkey.
But you can bet that this Brussels Sprouts and Gnocchi is going to be one of our side dishes on the big day.
To be honest, we might have Thanksgiving dinner earlier this year. Our baby is due on Thanksgiving day, so we might just want to get on top of celebrating early. You know, before our lives get changed forever.
But if you want something to change your life forever too, try making this Brussels Sprouts and Gnocchi. Seriously a game changer.
