It’s a snow day here in Madison Wisconsin!
I remember being a kid and LOVING snow days. One: because I lived in Vancouver where it rarely snows, but two: who doesn’t like a day off of school?
Well now as a teacher, I am kind of one of those people who does not like a day off of school. I already feel so behind with my students, that it’s almost like I can’t afford a day off. But on the plus side, I can spend my day baking these Chips Ahoy Nutella Brownies.
What you need to make Chips Ahoy Nutella Brownies
You need less than 10 ingredients. All you need is:
- flour
- salt
- Nutella
- brown sugar
- vanilla extract
- eggs
- butter
- Chips Ahoy Cookies
That’s it!
Storage and Variations
You can store these brownies in an airtight container at room temperature for 3-4 days.
If you wanted to freeze them, they will last up to 3 months in the freezer. When ready to eat, simply allow the brownies to thaw in the fridge overnight.
If you don’t have Chips Ahoy cookies, swap them out for Oreos, graham crackers.. really whatever you have lying around. I have tried them with Oreos and they are so good. You could also replace them with any kind of chocolate candy you might have in your cupboards. Get creative with it!
