What you need to make this Chocolate Chip Blended Baked Oats
I make this one vegan because I love the way oat milk tastes with blended baked oats, but you can use whatever you have on hand. All you need is:
- oats
- baking powder
- chia seeds
- banana
- milk (I love oat milk, but use whatever you have on hand!)
- chocolate chips
That’s it!
Variations
Here are some ways you can take this simple recipe to the next level:
- Fillings: I love adding fillings into baked oats. Try some chocolate sauce, jam, caramel sauce.. whatever you like. Then when it’s time for you to eat your baked oats, you will have a gooey surprise inside. It makes the oats a little less dry, and so much more fun to eat!
- Toppings: Don’t have chocolate chips? Try M&Ms, sprinkles, fruit, nuts, a mini chocolate bar.. really whatever you like! Baked oats can really bring out the creative side in you, so try everything!
