Easy Coconut Mini Nutella Cups recipe. Made with only 3 ingredients, this makes a quick and simple dessert idea for a last minute treat.
Making these Coconut Mini Nutella Cups on repeat because it is wayy too hot to turn on my oven.
I am not sure when I will turn on my oven again. But looking at the 7 day forecast, I can tell you that it won’t be any time soon.
Okay, so you got me. I’ve been basically making these Almond Mini Nutella Cups for the past few months, but changing up the toppings.
Changing it to whatever I have on hand at the time. And I have shredded coconut on hand at all times. So you can bet that I will be making this over and over these days!
What you need to make these Coconut Mini Nutella Cups
It is so easy to make! All you need is:
- Nutella
- coconut oil
- shredded coconut
That’s it!
Taking photos of these cups in this heat has been so difficult, mainly because they start melting as soon as you take them out of the freezer.
At least they do in my house. Since we still haven’t gotten our air conditioner yet.
But if I’m being honest, it didn’t bother me one bit with this photoshoot. That just meant that I could taste test all of the melted ones after I was done taking photos. I’m not sure if you can tell from the photos, but there were a lot of Nutella Cups that got melted on photoshoot day! 😉
