Easy Cookies and Cream Pancakes recipe. A breakfast that tastes like dessert, this is the ultimate decadent morning treat.
Who else tries their best to make breakfast taste like dessert?
I am always on the lookout to eat cookies, chocolate and ice cream in the morning. So these Cookies and Cream Pancakes are obviously the first place to start!
What do you need to make these Cookies and Cream Pancakes?
Pantry essentials and some treats that are kind of pantry essentials to me. All you need is:
- flour
- baking powder
- salt
- sugar
- milk
- Greek yogurt
- eggs
- vanilla
- Oreos
- Nutella and Ice Cream (optional… sort of)
Freezing the leftovers
I made these Cookies and Cream Pancakes all for myself because my husband was out of town. But if you aren’t making these pancakes for a crowd, don’t cut the recipe down!
This is my favourite hack. Cook up all of the batter. Then, allow the leftover pancakes to cool completely. I like to lay them out on cooling racks, but you can leave them on a plate if you like. Once the pancakes are cooled, place in a freezer bag and freeze. Then to serve them later, just pop them in your toaster and boom! Toaster pancakes!
Honestly, I am not sure which one I like better: fresh or toaster pancakes.
