Easy Cornflakes Nutella Cups recipe. Made with only 3 ingredients, this last minute dessert idea is perfect to satisfy your sweet tooth.
As we are approaching summer, I am trying to make as many no-bake recipes as I can. Anything to avoid turning on the oven and making the house any hotter is a-ok with me. And my go-to no bake recipe is Nutella Cups.
So it’s only natural that I start my no-bake summer recipes with these Cornflakes Nutella Cups
What you need to make Cornflakes Nutella Cups
You are 3 ingredients away from making these Nutella cups! All you need is:
- Nutella
- Coconut oil
- Corn Flakes
That’s it!
Tips
- Use Coconut Oil! Unfortunately, there is no good substitute for coconut oil in any of my Nutella cups recipes. That is because coconut oil is solid when cold. It helps produce that melt in your mouth texture, that other oils will not do.
- Storage: You can store these Nutella cups either in the fridge or the freezer. I like storing mine in the freezer, just because I like to take a real bite out of these cups. But if you want a softer Nutella cup, then the fridge is the best place for them.
- Variations: You can create a “new” version of Nutella Cups every day. All you need to do is switch up the mix-ins. I think that I have done every mix-in under the sun, but if you can think of something else to use do it! This recipe is so versatile, anything would work!
