Easy Cranberry White Chocolate Nutella Cookies recipe. These cookies are bursting with flavour, and are perfect for dessert.
This might be my favourite combo ever.
Cranberry and white chocolate is always such a classic combo. I have loved it in my Cranberry Pistachio White Chocolate Cookies, and again in my Blueberry Cranberry White Chocolate Cookie Bars. But why have I never thought to add Nutella to the mix?
Let’s remedy that, shall we?
What you need to make Cranberry White Chocolate Nutella Cookies
They are so easy to make, you have no excuse NOT to make them!
All you need is:
- butter
- nutella
- sugar (brown and white)
- egg
- vanilla
- flour
- cornstarch
- baking soda
- dried cranberries
- white chocolate chips
That’s it!
I’m basically using the pantry essentials, right?
Actually, there was a time when white chocolate chips weren’t in my list of “pantry essentials”. I was a chocolate purist. Never considered white chocolate to be actually chocolate since it doesn’t contain any chocolate solids.
Well, technically that is still true. But my distain for white chocolate stopped as soon as I tried it paired with macadamia nuts. Ever since then, I never looked back.
For some reason, this cookie recipe gives me Christmas vibes, and I was kicking myself for not saving it for Christmas but I just couldn’t wait!
Honestly, if only one person makes this before Christmas, then my job is done.

Cranberry White Chocolate Nutella Cookies
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup salted butter, softened
- 1/3 cup Nutella
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, cream together the butter, Nutella and sugars until light and fluffy. Mix in the egg and vanilla until fully combined.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, cornstarch and baking soda. Slowly mix into the wet ingredients, mixing until fully incorporated. Fold in the dried cranberries and the white chocolate chips.
- Using a medium cookie scoop (or your hands), form around 15 balls of dough, and place evenly spaced on the prepared cookie sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until edges have set. Depending on how you like your cookies, you can wait for the middle to fully set, or have it almost set for a more soft and chewy cookie.
- Allow to cool for 10 minutes on the cookie sheet before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
