Easy Double Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Bars recipe. This homemade no bake snack idea can be made vegan and gluten free.
Yesterday I remade my Lemon Pistachio Muffins to celebrate my sugar free week being over.
But the entire time those muffins were in the oven, I was sweating so much. I couldn’t stand to be in the kitchen for more than a minute, it was wayyy too hot.
Time to start making no bake recipes!
These Double Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Bars are perfect for extremely hot days like today.
They are super easy to make AND you don’t need to turn on your oven at all to make them.
As an added bonus, they are made with ingredients that you probably already have in your pantry right now.
What do you need to make these Double Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Bars?
All you need is:
- peanut butter
- maple syrup
- coconut flour
- chocolate protein powder
- chocolate chips
- coconut oil
That’s it!
They are very similar to my Peanut Butter and Chocolate Protein Bars that I made a couple of years ago. But I thought that this recipe needed a little more love, so here is another version.
This will definitely be on the regular rotation in my house while I wait for cooler weather.
