So if you are craving s’mores but don’t have an open fire pit, these Graham Cracker Nutella Cups are the next best thing. While these are a little different than real s’mores without the marshmallows, they will still satisfy your cravings.
So if you have a jar of Nutella lying around, you have to make these! A little Nutella a day may not keep the doctor away, but it will keep you smiling. Next time, I am going to have to double this batch, it is that good!
Graham Cracker Nutella Cups Ingredients
You just need 3 simple ingredients to make this Nutella treat. All you need is:
- 1 cup Nutella
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- graham crackers

- mini muffin pan
- mini paper liners
- microwave safe medium bowl
Tips
Storage: Store these Nutella cups in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 3 months. Do not store at room temperature, as they will melt.
S’mores Nutella Cups: Using a rolling pin, crush the graham crackers into graham cracker crumbs. Top each Nutella cup with some graham crumbs and some sort of marshmallow. I love mini marshmallows, but if you want a smoother texture use either marshmallow fluff or marshmallow creme. You can also drizzle some melted semisweet chocolate chips on top for a full S’mores experience.
Make them gluten free. Since the Nutella and coconut oil are naturally gluten free, just use a gluten free graham cracker for the graham crackers in this recipe.

Graham Cracker Nutella Cups
Ingredients
- 1 cup Nutella
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 3 Graham crackers
Instructions
- Line a mini muffin pan with 24 paper liners. Set aside.
- In a microwave safe bowl, melt the Nutella and coconut oil in the microwave in 30 second intervals, mixing until smooth.
- Divide the Nutella mixture evenly into the prepared muffin pan.
- Cut each Graham cracker into 6 even squares.
- Top each Nutella cup with 1 small Graham cracker square.
- Transfer the pan to the freezer to harden. Remove from the freezer and transfer to an airtight container. Store in the freezer or the fridge.
