Easy Halloween Monster Cookies recipe. This quick and simple dessert idea is a great treat to celebrate the spooky season.
This might be the most Halloween recipes that I have made in the month leading up to Halloween on the blog. And we aren’t even halfway into October yet!
But I wanted to celebrate this year. Me and John got our offer approved on a house, and we just did the home inspection today. It’s looking like we are about to buy our first house! This calls for these Halloween Monster Cookies on repeat!
What you need to make Halloween Monster Cookies
This uses almost all of my pantry essentials, plus some Halloween M&Ms. All you need is:
- white & brown sugar
- butter
- eggs
- peanut butter
- vanilla extract
- oats
- baking soda
- Halloween M&Ms
- chocolate chips
That’s it!
Substitutions
This recipe does not need to be only reserved for Halloween. Change out the M&Ms to make it perfect for any holiday!! I plan on buying some Christmas M&Ms to make this in December too.
Another substitution that I love making in these cookies is the peanut butter. Any nut butter works, but one of my favourite substitutions for the peanut butter is Biscoff spread. Seriously, is there anything that Biscoff spread doesn’t make better?
