And still craving sugar on the daily.
Actually, it has been getting a lot better these past few days. I’m not feeling so tired, and I feel like my palate is a lot more sensitive to flavours. I put bell peppers in the curry I made for dinner last night, and it tasted so sweet! It’ll be such a shock to my system when this week is over, and I try the sour patch kids that we still have on top of the fridge..
But until then, I’ll be over here drinking my Healthy Matcha Latte.
This recipe is a lot like my White Chocolate Matcha Latte, but without the cacao butter. Mainly because I ran of cacao butter. We go through that so quickly when we are making our typical matcha lattes!
But this one is so good and easy, it will definitely be a part of our regular rotation.
What you need to make Healthy Matcha Latte
All you need is:
- matcha
- stevia packets
- milk
That’s it!!
It’s one of my favourite ways to start the day, and it also gives me a little sweetness to help be get through this sugar free week.

Healthy Matcha Latte
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups milk of choice
- 1-2 packets stevia (depending on taste)
- 2 tsp matcha powder
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, heat the milk. Add in the stevia and matcha powder, and whisk until fully incorporated.
- When warm, pour into a mug and enjoy.
