Who doesn’t love pizza bagels??
I am probably the wrong person to ask this question. I basically eat like a teenager, as I’m sure you can tell from all of the dessert and pasta recipes on my blog. But when it comes to pizza bagels… well. That I have been buying for years now, and keeping my freezer well stocked.
Until now!!
Seriously guys, this is a game changer. And this couldn’t have come at a better time either.
For one thing, I bought a HUGE bag of pepperoni which, after making pepperoni pizza more times than I can count, I decided to switch it up a bit. I just bought a big bag of bagels and thought: what the heck. Let’s experiment a little.
Also, they people who make the pizza bagels that I have been buying seem to have recently changed the sauce recipe, which makes them 10x worse. Bring back the old sauce, or I will continue to experiment and make my own!
On second thought, why have I bothered buying them in the first place?
With a recipe this easy, you might never want to buy pizza bagels again! Let me sell you on this idea a little bit.
Reason 1: you can have these pizza bagels ready, start to finish in under 15 minutes. This might be reason enough, but if you still aren’t convinced;
Reason 2: you only need 4 ingredients for these bagels. Not a demanding task in the least. And;
Reason 3: you can modify them as you like. More cheese, less cheese. Pepperoni, no pepperoni. Extra ingredients, different sauce.. you are the boss!
If that doesn’t sell you, I don’t know what will.
