Aaaannnd, it is now time for bread number two.
You know, I can’t figure out why I never made bread before. It is so simple. And apart from the “my arm hurts, so much kneading, why wrists, why are you so tiny?” feeling, it was a butt-kicking good time.
Don’t worry, this is not the only time I was disappointed with my tiny wrists. I got this feeling when I used to work at Tim Hortons. I was handing one of the customers her food from the drive-through window, and she says “oh. I think I’ve lost my appetite. Your wrists look like malnourished little boys wrists” then drove off. Ah yes…Good times.

How pathetic … only at Timmies! My daughter has small wrists too and has problems with them too. As for the bread. It looks great! I too steered away from making it for the longest time. I don't know what I was fearing because it always turns out great for me 😀

Sorry for the hand pain from kneading bread dough. But it is worth it, end result will be very good.

I used to think making bread at home is difficult too but now that I have tried I just loves making bread and buns now! Even if it turn out not to the shape but I still feel it is delicious! I have noticed most of your food post is very healthy! Good for your Cathleen! This Honey Wheat Bread looks soft in the texture! Got to make it one day!

Your loaf loks terrific. I think the fear of bread making has to do with the yeast – I didn't think I could do it until I had to for a blogging group, and lo, I had homemade bread. That lady was weird – I wouldn't worry about her.

This sounds like a lovely and easy bread recipe to make. I really enjoy making bread as well, especially ones that have good simple ingredients. That person from Tim Hortons was obviously very rued. I really don't know what comes over people sometimes, only a crazy person would have a comment like that.

What a lovely loaf my friend – I bet the honey flavour in it would go beautifully with a breakfast hot chocolate 😀

So you're on a bread making kick now! Yay! It is addicting. You'll get some strength in those tiny wrists pretty soon and maybe you'll find that rude person and give her a good smacking.

There is nothing like freshly baked bread. This looks lovely. I wish I could have a slice with a thick dab of butter. Thanks for sharing!
