Easy Ice Milk Ice Cream recipe. Even without heavy cream, this makes a deliciuosly creamy dessert idea.
Sometimes things just don’t turn out as you expect.
Sometimes it’s the good kind, like when I went to the dentist yesterday and they told me I didn’t need to put those ridiculous fluoride molds in my mouth like they usually do. Instead I only needed to swish around some fluoride mouthwash for one minute and I would be good to go.
Or like this ice cream. I went to the store all excited because I FINALLY invested in some pure vanilla extract and wanted to make some vanilla ice cream with it. But as is my way, I of course forget to put it in the mix until it’s done. Oops.
But it still turned out edible, and pretty good if you ask me. I’ve been making milkshakes with it and just eating it straight from the freezer, shamelessly spooning ice cream in my mouth with the freezer door open to remind myself that I was only going in there for one teaspoon. Somehow it never works out the way I plan.

Ice Milk Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 1 can evaporated milk (370 mL)
- 1 can condensed milk (300 mL)
- 1 can evaporated partly skimmed milk (370 mL)
- 2 cups milk
Instructions
- With an electric mixer, cream together the eggs and sugar. Add evaporated milk, condensed milk and milk and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into your ice cream maker and process according to manufacturer’s instructions. When the ice cream is done, pour into a airtight container and freeze for at least 2 hours.
Yummy! This looks pretty good and fairly easy to make.
Wish I could grab it..Looks so chill and yum!!
Looks amazing, I need to get me an ice cream maker!
This Ice Cream is just what I need! We recently moved to South America and it's summer and quite hot.
Looks fantastic 🙂
That looks perfect for our 40 degree heat 😀
Cheers

wow, so many types of milk..this must be milky goooood!:D
One teaspoon only? It never works. And then half of the container is gone. Where did it all go? 😉 This would be gone in a flash at my house. And I mean the whole container, not just half. Good stuff – thanks.
Yum, I love good vanilla ice cream, I think it is the perfect ice cream flavor. This looks great!
Well, that's okay. At least you're using it a lot!
One tsp of ice cream can never work for me. Four types of different milk, I like that.
I've never tried homemade icecream yet!
Well it is not important that it doesn't turn the way it's planned. In life most things happen different way..but if they are good, it's good 🙂
I think it sounds great but I will pass it on to my son who stole my ice cream maker. In any case, try Crest with Flouride. Saved me a lot in dental bulls.
Hi Cathleen,
I prefer to make my ice cream with no cream too but didn't dare to post the recipes because I'm afraid that not everyone like skinny ice creams. My recipe is quite similar to yours except for the eggs and sugar content…
With or without vanilla, I think your ice cream looks good.

Oops indeed ! lol For sure that ice cream tastes as yummy as it looks 😀
Delicious! I still have yet to make my own ice cream!! This looks delicious though. It would go so well with the brownie from your previous post!!
This sounds like one delicious ice cream! I always hated those fluoride molds also…yuck.
Cathleen,
To me, your ice cream look wonderful.
Hope I can have a scoop now…LOL

LOL. I do that with the freezer door too, but I always end up sneaking more spoonfuls of ice cream!
