Easy Jasmine Pearl Green Milk Tea recipe. Made with dragon pearl tea, this is the best drink idea to quench your thirst.
We are going back to school people!!
Not this week, but next week my school is starting a hybrid model. I will be going back on Wednesdays only and doing the remainder of the classes online. But I think it will be so nice to see the students in person again after so long.
So here’s to celebrating a safe return to the classroom! With one of my favourite drinks.
This Jasmine Pearl Green Milk Tea uses my favourite tea ever: Jasmine Dragon Pearl tea. This tea is expensive, but trust me. It’s so worth it!
Every birthday, I ask John to buy me this tea. That is all I want. Just Jasmine Dragon Pearl tea. So every year, John goes to this Chinese store in Vancouver and haggles for a good price on this tea. Then I make it last for the entire year, drinking it only on special occasions.
And going back to class? This seems like a special occasion to me.
And it is so easy too! All you need is:
- Jasmine Dragon Pearl Tea
- coffee mate
- simple syrup
- ice
- cooked black tapioca pearls
That’s it!
You can buy the pearls pre-cooked, or you can cook it yourself for a lot cheaper! I have a recipe for Instant Pot Tapioca Pearls that are ready in 2 minutes, so you really have no excuse.
This drink might be my new favourite way to celebrate that doesn’t include alcohol. Cheers!

I love bubble tea so much. Really looking forward to trying this! I’m from Manitoba, I’ll try to find the tea at a large Asian store we have here called Lucky’s. Thanks for sharing the recipe!
