Easy Mini Oreo Cheesecake recipe. This personal sized cheesecake makes the perfect dessert and uses only 4 ingredients.
Making cheesecake has always sounded very daunting to me. You need to deal with air bubbles, then make a water bath for it.. it just didn’t sound like a lot of fun.
This is where the idea of making a Mini Oreo Cheesecake came in. I had a baby shower that I needed to attend the other day, and was trying to come up with a dessert recipe that is easy for personal consumption. The goodness mixed with creamy cheesecake filling was an obvious choice.
These little cheesecakes were a huge hit, and I’m going to be sure to make them over and over in the next couple of months.
Next on my list: make a no bake cheesecake version.
Mini Oreo Cheesecake Ingredients
You just need 4 simple ingredients to make these Mini Oreo Cheesecakes. All you need is:
- Oreo Cookies
- full-fat cream cheese
- white sugar
- large eggs
- vanilla extract (optional)
That’s it!
Tips
Storage: Store these Oreo Mini Cheesecakes in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 6 days.
Use room temperature ingredients. It is much easier to beat room temperature cream cheese than it is if the cream cheese is straight from the fridge. Also, using room temperature eggs helps the ingredients mix more cohesively.
Use paper liners. I know that it is tempting to omit the muffin liners because then you can avoid getting the line imprints on the edges of the cheesecake. However, without them it is almost impossible to pry the cheesecakes out of the muffin tin.
Variations
Make a Creamy Oreo Cheesecake Filling. Calling all Oreo lovers. Instead of leaving the cheesecake batter plain, try mixing in some chopped Oreos into the cream cheese mixture. And why not add some mini Oreos on top for some extra Oreo goodness.
Make an Oreo crust. Instead of having an Oreo cookie bottom, try swapping the whole Oreo cookie with an Oreo cookie crust. All you need to do is mix some Oreo crumbs with some melted butter and pat it down on the bottom of the cupcake liners (which should be in the cupcake pan).

Haha, I know exactly what you mean. I can barely wait when I start something sweet. Kinda like how I bake cupcakes then realise they have to cool before I can frost them. It's so cruel when they're sat there with that sweet aroma.
These look awesome, Cathleen, and I'm totally digging how you've used Oreos at the bottom. I think I squealed just a little. Another to my 'to-do' list for sure! Thanks for sharing.
