Rich No Bake Chocolate Truffle Pie is the perfect dessert recipe for a holiday party or to enjoy at home. Made with a graham cracker crust.
Looking for a dessert that you can bring to all of your parties, rear round? Do you love chocolate? Or do you just want something sweet to have after dinner?
If you answered yes to any of these questions, you need to make this pie.
I never know what to call these things. Is it a cake, or is this a pie? I am going with pie, because I used a pre-made PIE crust. But it also says that it is great for cheesecakes. So what is it?
Whatever I call it, no doubt people trying it will be calling it delicious. Because it is made with all of my favourite things: chocolate, sugar.. um.. yeah. What else do I need?
Whipping cream to make it SUPER rich. And some vanilla. Because why not.
I made this pie with a pre-made pie crust because I am FAR too busy to be doing a from scratch graham cracker crust. But if you are a purist, and want to make everything from scratch, then by all means. Use your favourite graham cracker crust recipe.
BUT. If you want a sort-of last minute dessert recipe for the holidays, you can bet I will be making this. And I think you should too.
Can you blame me if I had this No Bake Chocolate Truffle Pie for breakfast this morning? With a large cup of coffee, obviously. But…no shame.
And you shouldn’t either. All you need is 5 different ingredients and you are good to go. You can thank me later.
