Easy Nutella Cupcakes with Nutella Glaze recipe. This soft chocolate dessert idea is perfect for when you want a cake without all the effort.
Thanksgiving is almost here. Are you ready??
This is my first Thanksgiving in America, and to me it seems so late. Canadian Thanksgiving was over a month ago. I’m already thinking about Christmas at this point.
But since I have the week off next week for Thanksgiving, I will have a lot of free time at home. Which will be spent mostly baking.
(shocker)
Usually when we did Thanksgiving back in Canada, we would have a potluck. Because making a turkey is a PROCESS, everyone who came would bring something to contribute to the meal.
My contribution is always dessert. For some reason, I think making desserts is so much easier to do than a side dish or a meat.
Plus, I can taste test before.
Because Nutella tastes different at different baking steps, right??
I love making these Nutella Cupcakes with Nutella Glaze. The cake flour makes them so light, and the vanilla bean paste takes the flavour to a new level.
If you are like me and are too cheap to buy vanilla bean paste, I would suggest making it yourself.
Or make it for your friends and family! The holidays are coming up after all.
These cupcakes are perfect for Thanksgiving or for the winter holidays. If you need a quick and easy dessert, look no further.
Maybe I will add peppermint extract and Christmas sprinkles closer to the holidays. I am obsessed with this dessert right now that I don’t want to try anything else out!
