I am a huge fan of all things no bake right now.
It is still super hot here in Madison, so there is no way that I am turning on the oven any time soon. These Nutella Stuffed Oreo Cups are the perfect sweet treat to satisfy my sweet tooth, without having the need to heat up my entire house.
I predict that I am going to be making these very often in the next few weeks. Somehow we already ate the whole batch in under 24 hours. Granted, this recipe only makes 6 Oreo cups. I’m going to have to double or triple the recipe when I make it next.
Nutella Stuffed Oreo Cups Ingredients
You just need 4 ingredients to make these Nutella Stuffed Oreo Cookie Cups. All you need is:
- white chocolate chips
- coconut oil
- Oreo cookies
- Nutella
Equipment Needed
- muffin pan
- silicone liners (or cupcake liners)
Tips
Storage: Store these chocolate chips in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
Use silicone muffin liners. While regular paper liners work, they have a tendency to get stuck on the chocolate cups. Silicone liners are a lot easier to extract the Oreo cups.
Variations
Switch up the toppings. Instead of Oreo crumbs, use sprinkles, dried cranberries, or whatever else you can think of! You can switch up this recipe in so many ways!
Use a different type of chocolate. I love the white chocolate because it contrasts with the Nutella, but you can use any chocolate you have on hand! If you didn’t want such a sweet chocolate cup, using dark chocolate chips would be your best move.

Nutella Stuffed Oreo Cups
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 Tbsp coconut oil
- 9 Oreos, crushed
- 9 tsp Nutella, divided
Instructions
- Line a muffin pan with 6 silicone liners. Set aside.
- In a microwave safe bowl, microwave the white chocolate chips and coconut oil in 30 second intervals, mixing until smooth.
- Scoop around 1 Tablespoon of the melted white chocolate in each of the prepared muffin cups. Using the back of a spoon, drag some of the white chocolate up the sides.
- Add around 1 tsp of crushed Oreos on top. Top the crushed Oreos with around 1.5 teaspoons of Nutella.
- Divide the remaining white chocolate on top of each cup and spread to coat. Sprinkle the remaining crushed Oreos on top and place in the fridge until the chocolate has set.
