Easy Parmesan Turkey Meatballs recipe. A healthier version of meatballs baked in the oven, perfect served on spaghetti or with mashed potatoes.
Another reason I am so happy that our sugar free week is over: we can now eat pasta!
Pasta has been a staple around here during the quarantine. So maybe it was a good thing to take a break for a week.
But now that we are eating sugar again, I’ll take all of the pasta. With a side of pasta. And these Parmesan Turkey Meatballs.
It’s crazy that I only have two meatball recipes on this blog: my Easy Meatballs in Dijon Gravy (one of my most popular recipes) and my Freezer Meatballs (probably my favourite recipe).
So naturally, I need to add another to my collection.
And since I had some ground turkey meat, I thought I should at least have one turkey meatball recipe.
I don’t often buy turkey meat.
In fact, this is the first recipe on my blog using ground turkey. But I think I need to broaden the types of recipes on this blog.
I’m more than just oatmeal recipes you know. 😉

This looks delicious and I love using turkey to lighten up a meat recipe. I’ll be trying this with my ground dark meat turkey this week. I like that the seasonings are already in my pantry too!
