Easy Peanut Butter and Jelly Blended Baked Oats recipe. This quick and simple breakfast idea tastes like dessert but is a lot healthier.
Maybe I shouldn’t have gotten TikTok. Because now all I want to make are baked oats.
Baked oats in all the varieties. First it was my Cherry Blended Baked Oats. Then it was my Glazed Lemon Blueberry Blended Baked Oats.
And now, this Peanut Butter and Jelly Blended Baked Oats.
But they are so easy to make and so good, I can’t stop making them!
I love making baked oats filled with something. This one is filled with peanut butter and jelly, but you can just think about your favourite filling. What do you want to make? Then make that!
I am already planning my next flavour combination. And it’s going to be a good one.
What do you need to make this Peanut Butter and Jelly Blended Baked Oats?
Not much at all. All you need is:
- oats
- baking powder
- chia seeds
- banana
- milk
- peanut butter
- jam
- peanuts
That’s it!
This Peanut Butter and Jelly Blended Baked Oats is also gluten free and vegan, so anyone can enjoy this!
Of course, you can make it non-vegan depending on the milk you use. I love using oat milk, but I’ve made this with almond milk, coconut milk, and regular milk and they all work great. Use whatever you have on hand! I promise, you are going to love it any way you make it.
