Easy Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Hemp Heart Cups recipe. Made with only 5 ingredients, this makes a great snack idea to satisfy your sweet tooth.
End of the school year push! How is it that it is one of the most busy times for me?
And with this stress comes an intense sweet tooth. I don’t know what it is, but having tests upon tests to mark, lessons to plan and conferences to attend brings on the sugar cravings.
But, with limited time, I don’t have the luxury of making something that takes hours to bake, roll out, decorate, etc. I need something quick and easy.
This is where these Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Hemp Heart Cups come in!
These little cups are almost like fudge, but so much healthier! These can even be made vegan if you use vegan chocolate chips. Which means I can share these peanut butter cups with almost anybody.
Anybody that isn’t allergic to peanut butter that is. But even if you are, you can always sub in nut free alternative to peanut butter!
What you need to make these Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Hemp Heart Cups
One of the best things about these cups is that it is only made with 5 ingredients. All you need is:
- peanut butter
- coconut oil
- maple syrup
- chocolate chips
- hemp hearts
That is it! And they are all ingredients that I always have in my pantry. Which is a total win for me. Plus, they are ready in under 5 minutes.
Who can’t spare 5 minutes?
I have been making and eating this on repeat for the past few weeks, but I have been swamped with so many things to do that I didn’t have the time to share it on the blog.
However, if you follow me on Instagram, you may have already seen my post about it last month, with the recipe already given. But if you are a blog reader exclusively, I am sorry for the delay. Trust me, these are worth the wait!
