Easy Peanut Butter Kiss Cookies recipe. These thumbprint Hershey kiss cookies are the perfect last minute dessert idea for any occasion.
I know I say this every year but.. how is it December already? Where has the year gone?
This year in particular has been weird. How do you keep track of time? Now that I am teaching fully online, it seems like days are blending into each other. Mondays don’t feel as daunting. Fridays don’t seem as joyful.
And lunch times are for baking cookies.
These Peanut Butter Kiss Cookies are my go-to cookies over the holidays. I make them as gifts, or just bake them for myself sometimes.
If you don’t have any chocolate kisses, use what you have on hand! I made something sort of similar with rosebud chocolates in my Rosebud Peanut Butter Cookies. Get creative with it!
Once you make these cookies, you won’t be able to stop. Last week, I made them twice in 2 days. Now THAT is dedication.
What are you baking this holiday season? I would love some more ideas.
