Easy Salted Caramel Chocolate Blended Baked Oats recipe. A decadent breakfast idea that will keep you full until lunch.
It has been a hot minute since I made some blended baked oats.
I remember last year, it was all the rage on TikTok. Now, the only thing that I see on TikTok is recipes with cottage cheese. Well, move over cottage cheese. I am bringing blended baked oats back. After making my Caramel Sauce last week like for the 100th time, I needed recipes to make with that sauce so I don’t just eat it with a spoon. And that is how this Salted Caramel Chocolate Blended Baked Oats was born.
What you need to make Salted Caramel Chocolate Blended Baked Oats
This basically uses pantry essentials, plus caramel sauce. But you can always make Caramel Sauce at home pretty easily using pantry essentials.
All you need to make these oats is:
- oats
- baking powder
- chia seeds
- banana
- cocoa powder
- milk
- caramel sauce
- chocolate chips
- sea salt
That’s it!
Tips for making Blended Baked Oats
- Use a good high speed blender! If you don’t want a baked oatmeal consistency, and you want more of a fluffy cake-like texture, trust me on this one. The quality of your blender makes all the difference.
- Grease the ramekin! With butter or cooking spray, because this stuff sticks! You don’t want to be washing this ramekin over and over after making this recipe.
- Make a large batch! If you are feeding a crowd, this is so easy to do. Just double, triple or quadruple the recipe in the blender, puree until smooth, then divide into how ever many ramekins you need. No need to do each batch one at a time.

My kids love this recipe as an alternative to their regular oatmeal. It has great flavor and we make extra then just store it in the fridge for the week. It makes an easy single serving breakfast.

I love this recipe! I follow the instructions, but instead of putting them into ramekins, I use oven safe 4 oz mason jars. It turns out awesome.
