Easy Sesame Ginger Salmon recipe. Ready in under 30 minutes, this makes a quick and simple weeknight dinner idea.
Only 2 more weeks of classes left, then we are done for the school year!
The last month of school is always the busiest time. That’s why I’m trying to make quick and easy meals for my busy weekdays. And this Sesame Ginger Salmon is about as easy as they come.
Plus it uses simple ingredients you may already have at home. All you need is:
- salmon
- olive oil
- sesame oil
- rice vinegar
- soy sauce
- brown sugar
- honey
- fresh ginger
- sesame seeds
- green onions (optional)
That’s it!
I have made this salmon twice in the past two weeks because it is so quick and easy to make.
Typically when I have salmon in the house I make my honey dijon salmon, but because I ran out of dijon mustard last month, I have been looking for an alternative.
I know, I hear you say “buy more dijon mustard”. This is easier said than done in the last month of the school year when you are a teacher.
So here is my alternative. Using what I have in the house.
And, to be honest, this is quickly becoming one of my favourite salmon recipes to make.
