This St Patrick’s Day White Chocolate Saltine Cracker Toffee recipe is so easy to make and so addictive to eat. The perfect snack or quick dessert for your March celebrations.
This might be the most last minute holiday recipe I have ever made. But that is only because this recipe is so freaking easy to make, that I am almost certain you have all of the ingredients at home.
And if not, you definitely need to go out and buy the missing ingredients. Because with only 5 ingredients and only 15 minutes, you can have this kid friendly Saint Patrick’s Day snack ready to eat.
So have you ever tried saltine cracker toffee before?? The first time I tried it was at my last job, when my boss was always making snacks for us for our long work days.
That was 2 years ago. Ever since then, I have been obsessed with making it. Made it with different types of chocolate, different toppings, and have even replaced the saltine crackers with graham crackers. Beware of that combo if you don’t like super sweet foods.
But I have never shared any of these creations with you. Mainly because they looked really ugly. Also because I thought everyone has made some combination of it before. But since I haven’t made anything for St. Patrick’s Day this year on the blog, I decided to make this super easy St Patrick’s Day White Chocolate Saltine Cracker Toffee recipe for you.
What do you need to make this St Patrick’s Day White Chocolate Saltine Cracker Toffee?
Not much at all! All you need is:
- saltine crackers
- salted butter
- brown sugar
- white chocolate
- sprinkles
That’s it!
If you make this St Patrick’s Day White Chocolate Saltine Cracker Toffee recipe, try to see if you can only eat one. Whenever I go for the tupperware container, I always end up eating 4 or 5 squares. Paired with an Earl Grey tea or a matcha latte.. yum! I seriously can’t get enough.
Now that I think about it, I really want to make a mini egg version for Easter in a couple of weeks. What do you think? Does that sound like too much chocolate?
…as if there was such a thing.

Oh wow, first time I’m seeing something creative like this. I’ve only ever enjoyed my saltine as it is, but now I want to start experimenting with all sort of toppings and flavors.

I feel like the recipe just ends. Putting on the sprinkles can’t be the last step, can it? Does it need to go in the refrigerator? Do you break it into pieces? Do you cut it into pieces? I’m just standing here at the final step wondering where the rest of the recipe is. Obviously I am smart enough to figure it out on my own, but I feel like there should be more steps
